The last trick is very simple. At 22:32 while he is giving the pile to the guy on he left, you can see he quickly looks at the card that was chosen, which is jack of clubs. After that, the trick is so simple. While dividing the pile in to 4 small piles, he makes sure that the bottom cards are all 4 jacks, you can see he divides the pile in to 4 by looking at the cards. After that the first shuffle makes the jacks go to bottom of the piles, and when they count their cards, it makes them to come back at the top of the piles. After that, comes the revealing, shocking part where every top card are 4 jacks. Also, he makes the left guy choose the piles, and after he choses the pile he says give it to another person or take it, and thats how he make the guy choose the pile with his selection of jacks.
